Our Training Method


Step 1

We measure and evaluate objectively the specific physiological parameters that will contribute to reach optimal performance in sport competition.

Step 2

With the data obtained an individualized physiological profile is set up in order to identify weak and strengths points in the athlete’s performance.

Step 3

We prescribe physical and technical workouts supported by science of sport. These workouts are aimed to improve the athlete’s performance and technical skills.

Step 4

We repeat the measurements after some time in order to check the adaptations occurred in the athletes’ body, the effect that the training is causing and the improvements on the athletes’ performance.
