With the data obtained an individualized physiological profile is set up in order to identify weak and strengths points in the athlete’s performance.

Step 3

We prescribe physical and technical workouts supported by science of sport. These workouts are aimed to improve the athlete’s performance and technical skills.

Step 4

We repeat the measurements periodically in order to check the adaptations occurred in the athletes’ body, the effect that the training is causing and the improvements on the athletes’ performance.
