Durante este mes de agosto hemos estado con el equipo nacional de triatlón de Kuwait entrenando en el CARD Sierra Nevada (Granada). Ha sido una experiencia increíble para todo el equipo que hemos trabajado muy duro durante estos 21 días. Hemos entrenado una media de 7 horas diarias, repartidas en 3-4 sesiones, con solo 3 días de descanso. Los entrenamientos nos han dado el aprendizaje que necesitamos para que los chicos den lo mejor de sí en los Juegos de Asia. Estoy muy orgulloso de ellos y de su trabajo. Solo quedan 21 días para la ceremonia de apertura de los Juegos y 26 días para que Kuwait debute en unos juegos en la disciplina de triatlón. Me gustaría a todos los deportistas que se han unido a nuestros entrenos y han sufrido con nosotros alguna que otra sesión.We have been training at CARD Sierra Nevada with Kuwait Triathlon Team. The stage started at the beginning of August and has finished on 28th. Both, athletes and members of the staff, have worked really hard in order to get the full benefit of the time spent in the altitude. It has been an amazing experience for all of us. An average of 7 hours training daily with only 3 days off, have brought us the learning and training needed to give our best at the next Asian Games. I’m really proud of the job did by each single member of the team. Only 21 days left for the open ceremony.
